Set Fitness Goals

It is true that your ultimate goal is to lose weight. But we think it would be better for you to also have smaller goals. For instance, you can work towards lifting a particular weight. Furthermore, if you are more into yoga you can work towards learning a hard pose. Having such smaller achievable goals would definitely motivate you to achieve the ultimate goal.
