Analyze Your Training
The software's training diary serves as a record of your performance and can be saved for future reference.

Analysis of a single training session is based upon graphs drawn from your heart rate data. The heart rate curve is the single most important graph, helping you break down and analyze your training performance on a detailed level.

Periodical reports of your exercise sessions are valuable tools for analysis, as well. You may choose to view the daily, weekly, monthly or yearly summaries or define the training period of your choice. You can analyze different training zones and gauge the effect of varying training conditions (e.g. temperature) on your performance. The reports also provide relevant recovery information.
