How to get started?

The application is extremely easy to use. It is preinstalled in some of the Nokia 5140i phones, and you can start using it right away.

In case the application is not preinstalled in your Nokia 5140i phone, you can get the Polar MobileLink to Fitness to your Nokia 5140i or Nokia 5140 by downloading an installation package onto your computer.

Polar MobileLink to Fitness download instruction:

1. Download the zip file to your local hard disk drive. Extract the content of the zip file to the same folder.

2. After downloading all the files, transfer the jar -file onto your mobile phone by using Nokia PC Suite software. If you do not have the Nokia PC Suite on your computer, you can download it free from Nokia.

Notice!  You do not need to download the jad -file onto your phone even though it is required on your computer (in the same folder) for the jar -file transfer.
